Sorry for the lack o' posts...my family has been in...and we have had a lot going on...which is why this will be a short post as well as i am about to leave for work. Sooo...I have rekindled my love for Brian McKnight....he is one of my all time favorite artist....(Kelsey, you should teach me to post a link like you do so I can share my love). Try the song, "Still the One" by him. I loooovveee it and it is not one of his famous ones. Switching gears....my workout plan has been going great...still no dramatic results but I've been running and eating a a lot healthier. More talk later.
